About Big Jeff
My name is Jeff McMichael and I left the corporate world at 56 to focus solely on my favorite sport – Big Ten football. From the Midwest but now residing in the epicenter of college football, Atlanta, GA for 20 years, I am well-acquainted with the Big Ten’s biggest rival, the SEC. I will leverage this knowledge and my vast experience to draw better insights as the Big Ten fights to be considered the premier football conference in America.
I have two sports-loving boys, aged 18 and 15, who have played football many years and love college football. I am an Indiana University graduate and life-long Ohio State football fan, having been born in Cincinnati, Ohio. So yes, I understand the perspective of having both a team that almost always disappoints and another that is almost always near the top.
